We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing company. In this role, you will search for new business opportunities by acquiring new accounts and fostering relationships with decision makers across various industries. Mechelen | 3-7 years’ experience | Management Team


  • Identify and research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement

  • Develop a professional network such as attending marketing and industry events, joining user groups, and using advanced internet sourcing techniques

  • Collaborate with clients across various sectors  

  • Negotiate and close deals!


  • Apply at least 3 years' experience selling B2B professional services, preferably in advertising or digital marketing

  • A knack for interacting with various types of people

  • A strong desire to build an entrepreneurial career

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high-quality work in a tight deadline

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English
