We're looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented and resourceful professional to become our next CRM & Marketing Expert. 2 - 5 years’ experience | Mechelen | The Strategy Team
Use your skills in business analysis to measure, identify, design and implement business process models
Monitor and maintain the overall health of a database
Manage the integration between CRM platforms and marketing automation systems, business workflows/revenue models, API integrations, audience segmentation, targeting, lead scoring, user roles, and bulk imports of data
Take ownership of a client’s marketing strategy to successfully execute segmentation and objectives
Develop, execute, and optimise customers’ lifecycle campaign programmes
Manage customer communication to establish key messages and determine the outreach frequency
Create highly targeted campaigns for up-selling, cross-sell, retention and advocacy
Effectively communicate complex ideas and data into easy-to-absorb information for a non-technical audience, as well as understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
A bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative discipline, (i.e. computer science, information technology, engineering, statistics, etc.) or equivalent experience
2-5 years’ experience working with marketing automation platforms (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Experienced with Salesforce Suite.
Have a good knowledge of SQL or other database languages such as HTML, CSS, or other design languages
Experienced at creating process diagrams with flow diagramming programmes
You’re a team player with cross-functional collaboration skills who can adapt to a changing market and organisational needs
You can effectively manage multiple concurrent projects within a dynamic, high-pressure environment
You’re up-to-date with the digital marketing industry’s best practices and issues
